The Hilliard Dream Center is an extension of the Columbus Dream Center. Together, we exist to be a HUB OF HOPE in central Ohio, empowering people to make a difference.
Our goal is to see holistic transformation in the lives of underserved individuals and families through providing resources, mentoring and engaging in community outreach.

ADOPT-A-BLOCK
The Hilliard Dream Center delivers groceries to families and elderly individuals on the West side of Columbus. Through this consistent program we get to build relationships and share HOPE while meeting physical needs.

BLOCK PARTIES
Meals, resources and fun activities are provided for the whole family while we throw Block Parties in the communities we serve.

MEDICAL CLINIC
Through our partnership with Grace Clinics of Ohio, we are able to serve uninsured and underinsured individuals in our city with free medical appointments, prescription assistance, sports and employment physicals, and more. Each appointment helps us meet a practical need while sharing HOPE.
