OTHER WAYS TO GIVE

Give Meals and Items

  • Provide Breakfast

    Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9:30 am we serve a hot breakfast to go to our friends who come to the Dream Center. Our meal teams prepare a hot meal and drop it off here at the Dream Center for our volunteer team to package and serve.

  • Provide Dinner for Meal Nights

    Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 7:00 pm we serve individuals experiencing homelessness with hot meals to go. Our meal teams take the time to make the meal, bring it to the Dream Center, package it and help serve it to our guests

  • Provide Sack Lunches

    Interested in Providing sack lunches? We use sack lunches for our student programs, Meal Nights, and Street Outreach. These meals can be used to bless individuals experiencing homelessness or kids and families across Columbus. Drop-off times and days vary.

  • Give Items

    By donating goods that are critically needed, you free up resources to help more people. We ask that you please only donate items that are new and undamaged to ensure they can be used for the greatest impact. Here are current requests we have from the many ministries we have which serve hundreds of people each month.

MATCH YOUR EMPLOYEES’ GIFTS

When you match gifts to The Columbus Dream Center, you can double your impact. If you already have a matching program, just be sure to include The Columbus Dream Center in your list of acceptable charities.

CORPORATE VOLUNTEERING

Sharing your time and talents together by volunteering at The Columbus Dream Center is a great way to boost morale and inspire cooperation. And there’s always something to do at The Dream Center! You can help with building maintenance, feeding the homeless, providing medical or educational support, work at an event or organize a project of your own.

EVENT OR OUTREACH SPONSORSHIP

Each year, The Columbus Dream Center provides backpacks filled with supplies, holiday dinners, Christmas presents to those in need and love on Mother’s Day to single moms. Your company can encourage team spirit by sponsoring one of these outreaches.

CORPORATE GIFTS-IN-KIND

Your donations of surplus inventory, building materials and no longer needed items help keep costs down so more resources are available to care for people in need. We also need toiletries, diapers and cleaning supplies on an ongoing basis. Your company can donate goods or host its own drive.
